QuickBooksTM Hosting:

  • 19/user for QuickBooks Simple Start  
  • $29/user for QuickBooks Pro or Premier or Industry Specific Versions
  • $20/user set up fee

Virtual Desktop Hosting:

  • $29/user for Virtual Desktop with single  versions of QuickBooks
  • $39/user for Virtual Desktops with single version of QuickBooks & MS Office
  • $49/user for Virtual Desktop with two versions of QuickBooks & MS Office
  • $59/user for Virtual Desktop with three versions of QuickBooks & MS Office
  • $20/user set up fee

Virtual Server:

  • $99 for initial 2 users with single version of QB, MS Office & Adobe Reader
  • Additional users based on applications provisioned - min. $29 each
  • Additional applications $9.95 each per user 
  • $20/user set up fee
  • Customers can select any desktop application(s) of their choice, including Tax Software, Additional versions of QuickBooks, other applications as needed that can be supported by RTDS

 Dedicated Server:

  • Client pays directly for lease of server in co-location facility
  • 24x7x365 engineering & help desk support $500 per month (10 hours support time included)
  • Additional support $30/hour
  • Managed daily data backup $3/GB

Managed IT:

  • Complete network monitoring & reporting  starts at $99 per month
  • Fees based on number of servers, workstations and network devices monitored and supported

SharePoint Hosting:

  • $24.95 for 5 users with 1 GB of space
  • Additional users @ $5/user
  • SharePoint accounts are provided 200MB of storage space per user
  • Additional storage space fees are $2.5/100MB
  • Fees include daily data backup
  • $20 set up fee

Additional Storage Space Allocation Pricing:

  • Basic “single version” accounts i.e. QB Only are provided 50MB of storage with their account – additional storage fees are $5/100MB and includes daily backup of data
  • Virtual Desktop “multiple application” accounts are provided 100MB of storage with their account – additional storage fees are $5/100MB and includes daily backup of data

Note: All clients must provide proof of software license ownership for all applications hosted unless otherwise permitted by RTDS.
